Craving Greek Fare at Vita Tysons Corne? Head to Our Mom Eugenia!

Born and raised in western Greece, Chef Eugenia Hobson learned the facets of Greek cuisine at her grandmother’s side, a Eugenia herself. Our local Chef Eugenia has brought those Greek flavors to Virginia, with glowing reviews from various blogs and publications.

Our Mom Eugenia, a new addition to the Mosaic District, brings those family-inspired flavors to the forefront. With soup, salads, and other specials, you’ll find spreads and classics that taste as though they’ve been brought straight from Greece—because, through the power of family ties, they truly have.

Enjoy a classic Greek Salad topped with veggies, tomatoes, olives, and feta, or opt for fava, spanakopita, or moussaka for some particularly delicious traditional flavors. Prefer to pick at your plate? A Greek cheese platter or vegetarian platter will serve up delicious selections of foods meant to be shared or grazed upon. Finish up with baklava or top of your table with a glass of your go-to wine.

You can even bring home a bit of that Grecian flavor with a bottle of their house olive oil. Crafted from olives handpicked in Kalamata, it’s the next best thing to having Chef Eugenia herself in your kitchen.
