Even during happy hour, Wildfire’s signature meat and seafood are on display. Come to the Martini Lounge between 3 and 6 p.m. Monday through Friday to dig into bison meatballs with tomato sauce or sea scallops wrapped in applewood-smoked bacon and skewered. Complement your bites with a craft cocktail—like the blood orange Cosmo—or a glass of wine.
If you decide to stick around for dinner, don’t miss the signature steaks. The eatery imports them from the Midwest, and each is carefully cut by a Master Butcher, so you can always count on top-notch creations. The filet mignon comes a few different ways, from a simple naked petite filet to a pepper-corned crusted cut. If you’re extra hungry, dig into the large porterhouse steak, which features both a New York strip and filet mignon in a single cut.
