Brunch It Up at Brine
It's never too early in the morning to savor some fresh seafood. That's why Brine dishes out oysters and clams on the half-shell even during its weekend brunch. The Olde Salt Clams are just $1.50 apiece during brunch, while the local oysters on the half-shell (all sourced from Virginia) come in at $2.50 each.
After you warm up with some seafood, dig into one of the "brunchy items' on the menu, like the pancakes. They're embellished with chocolate, candied ginger, and a mezcal-infused maple syrup. The shakshuka showcases international inspiration, a dish of eggs with harissa, goat's milk feta cheese, bell peppers, and cherry tomatoes. If you want to keep the seafood coming, try the oyster roll with crispy oyster or the shrimp and grits with andouille sausage and mustard greens.
