Hot Yoga Tysons: Ramp Up Your Yoga Practice in a 105-Degree Room

Hot Yoga Tysons brings the art of Bikram yoga to the McLean community, and the results make you leaner and more energized. Even folks who were previously intimidated by the thought of trying hot yoga say they left feeling totally invigorated and ready to tackle another class the following day.

If you're new to yoga or Bikram yoga, arrive a bit early for the Hot 90 Original class. It's practiced in a room heated to a sweltering 105 degrees at 40% humidity, which may actually boost the calorie-burning power of your body and make your muscles more flexible. You'll learn the 26 foundational postures of Bikram yoga and the two breathing exercises, then flow right into a challenging practice designed to get you sweating. After the 90-minute class, cool down with an icy towel offered in the studio's waiting area.
